Further to update #8, the final negotiations scheduled for Monday 5 April did take place. Unfortunately – and despite the best efforts of both parties to do so prior to the Easter break – we are yet to reach agreement.

Several meetings have been held at the highest levels over the last few weeks, with a further (and we expect, final) meeting between the Department and Union to be held this coming Monday 5 April at 0900 hours. A full report […]
