Unfortunately, due to bureaucratic hurdles the Department and the Public Employment Office are still unable to officially sign off on the proposed 2005 Awards.

We have posted copies (in PDF format) of the Permanent Award and Retained Award as drafted by the Union, which may be subject to minor drafting corrections. The changes to the Long Service Leave and Parental Leave clauses reflect the in-principle agreement reached on 16 February, as per our Notices dated 16 and 17 February. Changes from the current Awards are in red type.

Please Permanent Draft Award for the Union’s draft copy of the proposed Permanent Award 2005.
