Members are advised that they are now required to pull into RTA Heavy Vehicle Checking Stations, unless under lights and siren. Whilst the Department did put out an In Order notifying members that they have to pull into the checking stations, it did not reveal the fines that members may be personally liable for, ranging from $900 up to $5000.
