Are You Buying or Selling a House?

Union members receive a 33 per cent discount off the Scale Fee for professional costs incurred in all conveyancing matters. Members will be expected to pay these costs at the conclusion of their case, together with the payment of all disbursements as they are incurred.

Thinking About Making a Will?

Union members are entitled to a simple will without charge. The original of the will may be held by the Union Solicitors in their safe custody facility and a copy made available to the member.
