At least seven members will be required at each location to reach a quorum. Any Union member (permanent or retained) may attend any meeting and vote on any AGM question, even if they are not a member of that Sub-Branch, however anyone attending more than one meeting may only vote once.

1. Appointment of Returning Officer
That this meeting of member endorses Comrade Rowatt to be the FBEU’s Returning Officer for the next two years.

That this meeting of members endorses Daley Audit to be the FBEU’s Auditors for the next two years.

3. Senior Officer Transfers Lists
That this meeting of members agrees to the amendment of Clause 28.3.1.3 of the CROWN EMPLOYEES FIRE AND RESCUE NSW (PERMANENT FIREFIGHTING STAFF) AWARD 2023 from:
28.3.1.3 in the case of Senior Officers, for each of the Regional Transfer Register areas listed at subclause 28.2.2. Provided that there shall not be a Blue Mountains Regional Transfer Register, a Maitland Transfer Register or a Northern Rivers Regional Transfer Register for Senior Officers, and that vacancies which occur within those areas shall be filled in accordance with subclause 28.7.

28.3.1.3 in the case of Senior Officers, for each of the Regional Transfer Register areas listed at subclause 28.2.2.
Which will now become the FBEU’s position, and hereby authorises the FBEU State Committee of Management to advocate that for change in the 2024 award negotiations.
