D&D arbitration to commence 30 May

May 24, 2002

Members would be aware that our long awaited D&D court case is set to commence next week. However, the first two days (Monday 27 May and Tuesday 28 May) have now been set down for private conciliation between the parties, and the third day (Wednesday 29 May) as a rest day prior to arbitration.

The arbitration hearings, which are open to the public, will therefore commence on Thursday, 30 May – not this coming Monday. We’re hoping for a large turn out from you, our members at each of the seven days of arbitration hearings. Put simply, there is no better way for members to demonstrate your interest in our D&D Dispute than to be in attendance.

When? 10am, Thursday 30 May through to Friday 7 June.
Where? Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, 50 Phillip Street, Sydney.
