Report on public sector super

If there is one thing that is by now abundantly clear to everyone, it’s that superannuation is an extremely complex issue. Of course public sector superannuation is no different.

As part of our evidence for the D&D arbitration case, the Union contracted a supernnuation consultant to prepare a document explaining the workings of NSW public sector super schemes. With the exception of the advice concerning the cost and value of FSS DORI units (which changed since the document was written), that report remains an accurate and useful guide to all three SSS, SASS and FSS schemes.
