Award negotiations #9

Further to update #8, the final negotiations scheduled for Monday 5 April did take place. Unfortunately – and despite the best efforts of both parties to do so prior to the Easter break – we are yet to reach agreement.

Having spent the last week in intense negotiations, nobody is more disappointed by this delay than your Union’s officials. On the upside, however, there are only one or two minor (very minor, in our view) hurdles to overcome. A final answer is expected next Tuesday, 13 April.
