This morning, your Union and FRNSW were back in the IRC to continue discussions around FRNSW’s response to the ongoing COVID situation.

Whilst The Department has been unwilling to provide any assurances on what we need to keep you all safe, we the FBEU, have left the door wide open for the Department to meet with us and work toward an agreed position.

Health and safety is Union business, and we will not have the concerns of our members ignored.

The Union will fully consider todays result and determine the best way forward. In the meantime, the Code Red is still in place.
