Award payments and back pay

The FBEU has been advised by FRNSW that they intend to start processing new Award entitlements and back payment of wage increases and other entitlements over the coming weeks.

At this stage indicative dates we have from FRNSW are as follows:

	Expected processing date
·        4% wage increase including back pay to 26 February 2023 (and where applicable 4% increase to allowances)	2 November 2023
·        Back payment to retired members and those who have exited FRNSW since 26 February 2023	6 November 2023
·        New Non-Station Based rates of pay along with back payment of those rates to 17 October 2023	30 November 2020

• Payment ofCAPS allowance to Officer – As this allowance is dependent on the Station Officer being qualified and attached to a Station with the CAPS appliance, payments will be made from the date the appliance was operative at the Station and the Station Officer was qualified

FRNSW have advised that they will update us if any of these dates need to change.

Should your backpay or ongoing pay increase not appear on your payslip or in your pay on these dates, please contact the FBEU for further assistance.
