AWARD ARBITRATION – LIVE STREAM

As outlined in SitRep 4 last week, members are aware that the Parties are currently in the IRC for our Award proceedings. Week 2 of the arbitration started this morning.

We are still calling for members to physically fill seats in the hearing room itself to ensure a presence before the Full Bench – you can register your interest here.

We have however been working for some time to secure a live stream link for proceedings and I am pleased to report that following discussions with the IRC, they have now been able to source an appropriate platform for live streaming which is available for all members to access – you can click here to view the stream.

In order to avoid disruption in the courtroom, we ask that you minimise the need to log in and out of the hearing as much as possible.

A reminder to any members who will be giving evidence in-person that you are unable to view any other evidence until your session is complete. Do not view this live stream if you are due to give evidence in-person this week.

The court will be in session from 1000hrs to 1600hrs Monday to Friday this week.
