CODE RED LIFTED – Attendance Management Policy

This notice is to rescind the existing Code Red for Relieving Station Officers being assigned to Zone Offices.

The Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) has issued a decision that vindicates the FBEU’s position that Relieving SOs cannot be administratively attached to a zone office with the purpose of manipulating their hours of work.

The full implications of the decision will be discussed further before the IRC tomorrow, and members will be updated in due course.

In accordance with the decision of the IRC, this Code Red is hereby lifted.
