Pre Incident Plans

November 2, 2007

Members are advised that the concept of a simple electronic Pre-incident Plan reporting system that doesn’t change the extent or type of involved workload has been agreed to but are reminded that no other alteration or expansion involving pre-incident planning has been agreed to.

Until a Notice is received from the Union giving notification of the introduction of an agreed electronic reporting version members are instructed that:

“The simple pre-incident plan reporting system agreed to by the Union in the December 2002 notice consisting of a simple hand completed proforma including a hand sketched mud map is the only pre-incident planning reporting system to be submitted. Any change to that format consists of new work and remains banned. ”
