2011 AGM details

Further to the Annual General Meeting Agenda issued on 20 September, members are advised of the following Sub-Branch meeting times and arrangements for holding Country/Retained Sub-Branch meetings.

 

Annual General Meeting – The 2011 AGM will be held at 1-7 Belmore Street, Surry Hills commencing 1000 hours on Tuesday 18 October.

Central Coast – Central Coast Sub-Branch will meet at No. 228 Station, Berkeley Vale commencing 1000 hours on Monday 17 October.

Country – Country Sub-Branch will meet at No. 412 Station, Orange commencing 1800 hours on Wednesday 12 October.

Illawarra – The Illawarra Sub-Branch will meet at No. 422 Station, Warrawong commencing 1800 hours on Monday 17 October.

Newcastle – The Newcastle Sub-Branch will meet at No. 260 Station, Cooks Hill commencing at 1400 hours on Monday 17 October.

Sydney North-West – There will be two Sydney North-West Sub-Branch meetings. One will be held at No. 27 Station, Parramatta commencing 1500 hours on Wednesday 12 October. One will be held at No. 97 Station, Huntingwood commencing at 1800 hours on Wednesday 12 October.

Sydney South – The Sydney South Sub-Branch will meet at No. 45 Station, Miranda commencing 1000 hours on Tuesday 11 October.

Sydney South-West – There will be two Sydney South-West Sub-Branch meetings. One will be held at No. 47 Station, Revesby commencing at 0800 hours on Tuesday 11 October. One will be held at No. 92 Station, St Andrews commencing at 1800 hours on Wednesday 12 October.

Combined Country/Retained Sub-Branch meetings may be held locally at any Fire Station situated outside of the Greater Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Illawarra areas prior to Tuesday 18 October, provided that:

a) notice of intention to hold a local meeting has been given to the State Secretary by no later than 5pm Thursday 13 October; and

b) a quorum of at least 7 financial Union members will be physically present for the duration of each meeting; and

c)  the vote from each meeting is forwarded to the State Secretary immediately on completion of the meeting in order to be added to the total AGM vote.
