2023 AGM Notice

Notice of AGMs

The first of the 2023 AGMs will be held on Friday 27^th October at 0900 hours and the closing meeting will be held on Friday 3^rd November at 1230 hours.

A reminder for all Country and Retained Sub-Branch members to please email written notice of your intention to hold AGMs, together with all details, to office@fbeu.net by no later than 2 p.m. Monday 23^rd October 2023 in order for members to be informed in time. At least seven members will need to be present to reach a quorum.

Please ensure all AGMs are registered with the FBEU Office by email by the deadline. Emails or texts to Delegates or SCOM members may not reach us in time.

Initial dates, times and locations of meetings will be sent in a Notice of AGMs early next week.

 2023 Annual General Meeting Agenda

a) Adoption of Minutes:

(i) That the draft minutes of the Union’s 112th Annual General Meeting, held on Tuesday 8 November 2022, as tabled and circulated prior to this meeting, be received, noted and adopted as a true and correct record of that meeting.

(ii) That the draft minutes of the Unions SGMS, held on Friday 3 February 2023, as tabled and circulated prior to this meeting, be received, noted and adopted as a true and correct record of that meeting.

(iii) That the draft minutes of the Unions SGMS, held on Wednesday 6 September, as tabled and circulated prior to this meeting, be received, noted and adopted as a true and correct record of that meeting.

c) Auditors Report on FBEU Accounts
